Each project is unique and may or may not require a longer completion time due to the scope of works.

For example, a strip out kitchen and new install in the same location can be done within a three week time period. But, a new floor layout, structural changes to the door, external door frames and windows can extend the timeframe.

When we discuss the scope of works with you at eh initial phase, we will surely outline the projected timeline to you so that you can accommodate this in your decision before signing the contract.

Every build is unique as we are a custom build company, but by using our process we aim to deliver promptly and on schedule every time.

To ensure a smooth renovation, without delays, works are best not starting until we have all of your materials on hand.

The kitchen and bathroom will be out of action for the duration of the renovation process.

If we are renovating the only bathroom in the home we can arrange for a hire bathroom to be delivered to site for an additional fee.

No, you don’t need to be home but we will need to arrange access so work can take place.

We offer a shared 2 storey Kitchen showroom available for public viewing in our Jamisontown location. We can walk you through various layouts, finishes, fixtures and the latest appliances.
We work with many trusted Bathroom brands in various locations including Reece, Beaumont Tiles and Austile Ceramics, and have established agreements for you to pop into your local showroom. We can arrange a specific appointment or please feel free to attend during their business hours.
