A top-notch and a fully functional design requires the services of a specialised. We offer turnkey solutions starting from unique design to fully completed projects and have a team of experienced and talented professionals who will ensure that you own your dream within agreed budget and timeline.

Below is the outline of the process starting from consultation to h anding over your envisioned project

CONSULTATION

An obligation free phone or face-to-face consultation to gauge your requirements in terms of space usage , time frame, budget and desired design.

DESIGN & COSTING

Once we underst and your requirements, we can provide you with bracket pricing as a starting point for your budget planning in terms of designing and building your project. You will interact with a specialised consultant who can guide you through various innovative approaches to designing your project including the latest trends and workable options.To keep costs down, payment for fixtures and fittings are made direct from the customer to the supplier. Our fee for service is a fixed price only.

SELECTION & FINAL DESIGN

Having signed the agreement we will arrange a detailed meeting with a designer to present you with a creative and professional design that suits your requirements and budget. This would include a preliminary design model that will demonstrate space layout, possible finishes, colour themes etc. You will guide our planners regarding changes to layout and material selections.Once the design is final, our team will guide you through the composite cost of constructing the project.

BUILD & COMPLETE

Once the design is finalised and all materials have been selected construction will then begin. Your dedicated Project Manager will oversee the entire build and construction of your Kitchen and/or Bathroom ensuring that you are kept up to date throughout the process.Inspections will be completed throughout construction and at the completion of each trades work.Once construction is completed our team will complete a final thorough inspection to ensure that all quality st andards have been achieved before h andover for you to enjoy your new space.

PROJECT MANAGER

We appoint a dedicated Project Manager to supervise the workflow, who would ensure that required quality st andards are achieved and the project progresses as per the stipulated time frame.

SUB CONTRACTORS

We ensure that our team of subcontractors, especially carpenters, plumbers, tilers, waterproofers and electricians have the desired experience in their respective areas and are fully competent to h andle the project.

INSPECTIONS

Inspections will be completed throughout the duration of the renovation, when each trade has completed their works. Once construction is finished, our team will complete a final thorough inspection of your renovation to ensure that everything is as per st andards set and you can relate to what was finalised during the design meeting.
